Within the scope of this law, BSC / Bayirli Swiss Company (hereinafter referred to as “BSC”) has the title of “Data Controller”. Under Article 11 of the KVKK, you have the right to:

  • Request information if your personal data has been processed.
  • Learn the purpose of the processing and whether it is used accordingly.
  • Know the third parties to whom data is transferred (domestic/international).
  • Request correction, deletion, or destruction of your personal data.
  • Object to negative results arising from automated analysis.
  • Request compensation for damages arising from unlawful processing.
