Article 11 of the Law No. 6698 on the Protection of Personal Data (“KVKK”), titled “Rights of the Data Subject,” grants data subjects the right to make certain requests regarding the processing of their personal data. As the Data Controller, BSC / Bayirli Swiss Company has prepared this information request form to enable Data Subjects to exercise these rights and to fulfill the obligation to inform as stipulated in Article 10 of the KVKK.

In accordance with Article 11 of the KVKK, you can exercise the following rights by applying to BSC / Bayirli Swiss Company and filling out the form attached:

  • You can learn whether your personal data is being processed,
  • You can request information regarding the processing of your personal data if it has been processed,
  • You can learn the purpose of the processing of your personal data and whether it is being used in accordance with its purpose,
  • You can learn the third parties to whom your personal data has been transferred domestically or abroad,
  • You can request the correction of your personal data if it is incomplete or inaccurate,
  • You can request the deletion or destruction of your personal data within the framework of the conditions stipulated in Article 7 of the KVKK,
  • You can request notification of the third parties to whom your personal data has been transferred in accordance with clauses (e) and (f),
  • You can object to a result that is detrimental to you arising from the analysis of the processed data exclusively through automated systems,
  • You can request compensation for damages if you suffer damage due to the processing of your personal data in violation of the KVKK.

In accordance with Article 13 of the KVKK, data subjects must submit their requests to our Company in writing or through other methods determined by the Personal Data Protection Board (“Board”).
