Return Procedure
You can return your BSC product to us via our contracted courier service with payment on delivery within 14 (fourteen) days of receiving it, which is the legal withdrawal period.
Returns of products with damaged original packaging, used products, torn labels, or similar reasons that have altered their originality will absolutely not be accepted.
For product returns, the original invoice sent to your email address must be included. The product will be inspected by our company’s authorized personnel upon receipt. Once the return is approved, the refund will be processed within 10 business days, using the payment method used for the original purchase. If our company detects any opening, damage, breakage, destruction, tearing, or signs of use on the product or its packaging, we will not accept the return and will not refund the price.
